Midi Support

At some point, any serious software needs to be able to handle midi signals (see webmidi). I think time has come for tsoder to become a serious software.

Beyond the sarcasm, I have a real feature idea:

1. Read each new IRC new message.
2. If the message is a note + duration + velocity (EG B# 1 0.5) generate the corresponding midi signal.
3. Capture this signal in dimooper.
4. Twitch plays dimooper.
5. Profit.
6. (World domination)
