suggestion: adding ssort to pre-commit config? #773

Interesting! Guess it's not part of Ruff (yet)? I'd want to try it out a bit before starting to work it in here, but looks interesting. The smaller diffs argument (used for isort) isn't as applicable here, I think, since you are less likely to write matching functions than import the same module, but I like removing arbitrary choices and ordering functions is terrible manually.
This project is similar in concept to
isortbut for statements within the source code -- https://github.com/bwhmather/ssort . This seems like it would help enforce consistency as well to lead towards smaller diffs, thoughts?
