rake/file_list: support all gitignore rule patterns

[utkarsh2102]

Hello,

It'd be super nice to have file_list support all the .gitignore rule patterns! :)
cf: https://git-scm.com/docs/gitignore#_pattern_format

For instance, using ! and other things.
Could we have this added, please?
