Hi JinMa (@JinMaimagine), I'm an AI Support assistant here to help with your issue. While the team reviews your request, I wanted to provide some possible tips and documentation that might help you in the meantime.

Suggestions

• Ensure your code is compiled with debug information (line numbers). For Maven, enable debug in the compiler plugin:

  <plugin>
    <groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
    <artifactId>maven-compiler-plugin</artifactId>
    <configuration>
      <debug>true</debug>
      <debugLevel>lines,vars,source</debugLevel>
    </configuration>
  </plugin>

  For Gradle:

  compileJava {
    options.debug = true
    options.debugOptions.debugLevel = 'source,lines,vars'
  }

• If you’re doing remote debugging, start the JVM with full debug options (-Xdebug -Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,server=y,suspend=n,address=*:5005) and confirm -g isn’t stripped.

• As a workaround, set a breakpoint inside the called method (initFormContents) rather than relying solely on Step Into.

Relevant Issue

• Step into doesn’t act as expect (remote debug)
  Similar behavior when stepping into methods; check whether remote-attach settings or missing debug symbols apply to your setup.
