We have the same endpoint described twice.
/ is described as a Resources port and an Admin port. This will cause confusion.

Yes, this was intentional. We just wanted to mention the Admin Handler as well. Hence, it is also in a separate section.
But I'm open to suggestions. How would you like to change this ?

Is the admin port a different port number from the standard request handler port? Is that how calls to the root are distinguished? Or does it work some other way?
Perhaps we could mention that (in whatever level of detail is appropriate). Otherwise customers might worry that a call to the root to serve a static file could be intercepted and turned into an admin operation.

Yes, it is a separate port - Admin port. The other one is Runtime port.
Yes, I could be more explicit. Shall I add a warn/info card in the Admin port section ?
