The text should be separated from the list as a normal paragraph:

@darpansharma121 Looking at https://github.com/java/devjava-content/tree/main/app/pages/learn/01_tutorial/03_getting-to-know-the-language/02_basics, I don't think this article is part of this repository so we can't just submit a PR (the devrel group has to make the change as the Markdown source code isn't available to us).
