Adds one rule in src/css/tailwind.css for .filter-form select (appearance: none, right padding and an SVG chevron), so the arrow no longer hugs the edge of the filter/sort dropdowns on the Generators, Headless CMS and Community pages. No template changes, so it also covers the selects added by #1104 and #1118.

Closes #825.
