Remove dead entries and fix outdated links in SSG and CMS lists

Stacked PRs — merge in order: #1104 → #1117 → #1118. These three touch the same entry files, so each branch is built on top of the previous one (PRs from a fork can't target another PR's branch, so all three target main).
This PR: builds on #1104. Review only the commits after Add language filter to headless CMS page (diff vs #1104).

Audits every SSG and headless CMS entry for dead links and whether the project is still a static site generator / headless CMS. Each homepage was requested with a browser UA (bot-protection 403/429 treated as inconclusive) and each repo was checked with the GitHub API (404, renamed, archived).

Only removed when clearly dead (homepage dead/parked/hijacked and repo gone or archived without successor) or no longer a SSG/CMS. A 301 redirect to the listing page is added in netlify.toml for each removed page.

• Docusaurus: removed the outdated v1 starter (the deploy button can't point at a repo subdirectory, and there is no standalone official template repo).
• http → https: 184 unique URLs (233 replacements in 95 files) upgraded where the https version answers 2xx/3xx on the same domain; links that fail on https or redirect elsewhere were left alone.
