This adds a link to Video to Video AI (videotovideoai.online), a video transformation tool, which is an AI tool site rather than a Jamstack resource. The resources page collects articles, courses and talks about building with the Jamstack (static generation, headless CMSs, APIs, deployment), and this page doesn't cover any of those topics.

Reading it as a promotional link, I don't think it fits the collection.
