Updated Hyprland packages list for Desktop profile

Updated the Hyprland packages for it's Desktop profile.

PR Description:

Hyprland on first startup now has a "Welcome" screen ( hyprland-welcome ) that mentions these applications are missing and should be installed.

Replaced 'wofi' with 'hyprlauncher' as is specifically made for Hyprland. Same with hyprpolkitagent.

Can you please add references where these mandatory packages are coming from?
Archinstall tends to stick to the wiki's instructions to have a common ground https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Hyprland

Believe their "welcome" check is authoritative so this is mostly correct altho waybar im guessing is optional

In the spirit of not having to forth and back on which packages should be installed it be great to have a reference point, somewhere to point to an official documentation that says "install these for a minimal installation", not just a "trust me bro" PR.

That is one of them but there are a number of packages added, for example hyprpaper which seems to be a wallpaper utility https://wiki.hypr.land/Hypr-Ecosystem/hyprpaper/ is that needed? The point is, it would be great to have a full list of must install packages for hyprland to work out of the box archinstall can refer to

The welcome screen has little red "*" for what is truly needed, so you are correct saying some of these are "added"
