When the user moves towards an open submenu and stops on a sibling item, `TargetMenuAim` delays toggling the sibling's menu using a timeout. The timeout wasn't being cleared on destroy which meant that if the menu was destroyed while it was pending, the sibling's menu would still be opened afterwards. These changes clear the timeout on destroy and remove the delay that the tests had to wait for after each test.
