Documents the fleet chat work that follows #206 (agentsfleet M207_003 through M207_005, branch fix/m207-003-design-review). Stacked on #206: merge #206 first, and GitHub retargets this PR to main.

The owner merged the PR as c8d0753; the docs checkout is clean on main and matches origin/main.
