🎯 What: Extracted the inline execution closures for zip, unzip, tar, untar, gzip, and gunzip in stdlib/src/compress.rs into standalone, named functions (compress_zip, compress_unzip, etc.).

💡 Why: This improves the maintainability and readability of register_compress. It moves the file system capability checking inside dedicated functions matching the standard practices seen elsewhere (e.g., file.rs), significantly cleaning up the module registration flow without altering any functionality.

✅ Verification: Visually inspected the refactoring changes to ensure correct arguments are passed and capability checks remain intact. Ran the workspace test suite (cargo test --workspace --all-targets), verifying that no new regressions or errors were introduced.

✨ Result: The register_compress method is now clean and concise, and the actual compression logic is properly isolated in easily testable and maintainable standalone functions.

Extracted inline closures in register_compress into standalone named functions (`compress_zip`, `compress_unzip`, etc.) following the standard practices seen in other modules like `file.rs`. This cleans up the registration flow and makes the file system capability checks explicit per-function.
