Summary

Add DNA to shared dashboard themes, navigation and routing policy, and document its boundary with Nerves, Heart and Hands. Preserve the concurrent Update-service work.

Tracking: #509

API Changes

Shared dashboard metadata now accepts the dna organ and includes it in family navigation. See full details below.

Test Plan

  • 1,251 tests passed. DNA integration additionally passed 12 viewport/theme browser checks.
  • Applicable CLI/render/feed smoke passed; scientific workspace smoke is not applicable because no scientific library API or workspace script changed.
  • Required GitHub CI and human review before merge.

Heart: YELLOW (85), acknowledged by the human with “yes proceed” on 2026-10-08. Exact warning: “manifest drift: workspace checkouts (manifest ↔ disk) — 1 mismatch(es) vs PyAutoMind/repos.yaml” (unregistered COWLS_COSMOS_Web_Lens_Survey checkout). Also reports “release validation incomplete: no rehearsal for current source”. This authorizes development PRs only; no release or merge.

Merge order: Mind → Brain → DNA → Scientist. Remaining generated-map propagation belongs to merge close-out.

Full API Changes (for automation & release notes)

Added

  • board._theme.ORGANS["dna"], MARKS["dna"], _PROMPT_HEADINGS["dna"] — shared DNA theme, icon and prompt.

Changed Behaviour

  • board._theme.board_links() — includes DNA in policy-defined family navigation.

Migration

  • No scientific API migration; merge Mind registration first.

Generated by the PyAutoLabs agent workflow.
