"Update all Themes" does not work

Description

I have updated to 4.6.8. Everything seems to work except for the "Update all Themes" button. Clicking the button just reloads the /studio/theme page.

I noticed some errors in the console of the Browser:

How to reproduce

As Admin User:

1. Login
2. Themes
3. Expand "Theme Updater"
4. click "Update all Themes" button
