Quick scoping question before submitting anything formal: does this list accept skill-ecosystem tools (not SKILL.md packs themselves)?
I maintain skill-clinic — a pre-install safety scanner for skill folders: 7 structural checks (frontmatter, SPEC, license, scripts/ risk, opaque blobs, injection scan, size), A-D grading, zero dependencies.
Rationale: a list of recommended skills naturally raises "how do I vet these?" — happy to either contribute an entry if tools are in scope, or to package the scanner checks as a proper SKILL.md skill if that fits your structure better.
If out of scope, feel free to close — no hard feelings.
