Resolve the conflict in `SchemaProcessor.cpp` between this backport and the performance backport of ClickHouse#121864. The fast path skips the shared-lock lookup when a metadata.json schema arrives for a schema-id that was registered from a manifest header, so that case still reaches the replacement logic under the exclusive lock.
