• Tank.deinit() keeps its lines allocated, and a host reset_buffer on a Convolver drops the source frames it holds

• A node's tail stops when its source stops, and carries on when the source comes back

• audioecho.FeedbackDelay: a whole-frame delay cannot always be asked for at 44.1 and 22.05 kHz (delay_ms goes through float32)

• Routing and mixer nodes: where the C nodes and the CPython twins disagree, and the lifecycle events no test covers

• FeedbackDelay and MultiTapDelay: lifecycle gaps found by reading the nodes against their tests

• Tank and Convolver: set(), clear(), load() and synthesize() are not guarded after deinit() on the native builds

PyDevices/audiodsp#176 · Filter by author bdbarnett opened on Sep 29, 2026

• audioconvolve.Convolver: synthesize() and load() write the impulse without the pump lock, and load() still resets mid-stream
